Most projects run twelve to twenty weeks from groundbreaking to fill-up, depending on complexity, permits, and weather. We give you a specific timeline after the design consultation and update you every week the project is in motion.
A visit to your property, typically sixty to ninety minutes. We measure, ask how you plan to use the space, look at any inspiration you've saved, and talk through what's possible on your lot. You leave with a realistic sense of scope and investment. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Most of the custom pools we build land between $85,000 and $250,000, depending on size, features, finishes, and site conditions. Remodels vary more widely. We give you a precise number after the design phase — not before — because guessing early serves nobody.
Yes. Permitting, structural engineering, HOA paperwork, and utility coordination are handled end-to-end by our team. Most of our clients never fill out a permit form.
The structural shell of the pool — the gunite and rebar — is covered for life against defects in materials and workmanship. Equipment like pumps, heaters, and filters is covered by manufacturer warranties plus our two-year workmanship warranty on everything we install. We hand you the full written warranty at contract signing, not buried in fine print.
